Australia’s undisputed hip-hop legends, Hilltop Hoods, are set to dominate stages and airwaves once again, kicking off 2026 with their colossal ‘Never Coming Home’ national arena tour. This announcement, hot on the heels of their highly anticipated new album ‘Fall From the Light’ dropping on 1st August, promises an exhilarating return for fans across the country.
Known for their electrifying live performances and a catalogue of anthems that have shaped Australian music, Suffa, Pressure, and DJ Debris are gearing up to deliver an unforgettable experience. The tour, their first national run since the acclaimed ‘Show Business Tour’ in 2022, will bring their signature blend of powerful lyricism, infectious beats, and razor-sharp production to six major cities. Kicking off on 14th February at Hobart’s MyState Bank Arena, the Hoods will hit Adelaide Entertainment Centre for a hometown show on 21st February, followed by Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney, Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena, and Brisbane Entertainment Centre, before wrapping up at Perth’s RAC Arena on 21st March.
“Over the last few years we stepped back from touring to complete our album. Now that it’s done we can’t wait to get back on the road,” shared Suffa. “In a lot of ways we’re more energised than ever and have been putting together a show that we’re really proud of and excited to share.” This sentiment resonates with their reputation for high-energy, crowd-hyping shows that consistently push the boundaries of arena performance, a trait lauded by critics following their previous tours.
‘Fall From the Light’ is poised to be another landmark release for the trio, who have consistently topped the ARIA charts and garnered numerous awards, proving their enduring influence on Australian hip-hop. The 12-track album, produced by One Above with additional production by Sesta and Suffa, was recorded across Adelaide, Darwin, Melbourne, and New Zealand. It features the 2025 lead single ‘The Gift’ featuring Marlon, the fan-favourite ‘Don’t Happy, Be Worry’, and the Gold-accredited ‘Laced Up’. Further collaborations include New Zealand’s SIX60, who also feature on the new single ‘Never Coming Home’ out on 11th July, and Australian songstress Nyassa, promising a diverse and compelling sonic journey.
Fans will be among the first to hear new material performed live, alongside classic bangers like ‘The Nosebleed Section’ and ‘1955’, which have cemented their status as pioneers. The album will be available on Limited Edition 180-gram double LP coloured vinyl with a special gatefold design, CD, and tape, with pre-orders and official merchandise available now.
General public tickets for the ‘Never Coming Home’ tour go on sale Thursday, 17th July at 10 am (local time) via hilltophoods.com, with presales starting Monday, 14th July at 9 am (local time) for mailing list subscribers.
