Skreigh Turns Anger Into an Anthem on New Single ‘WDGAF!’

Milwaukee artist Skreigh is carving out his own space between punk rap, alternative hip-hop and the heavier corners of underground music. At just 20 years old, the independent artist has already spent several years developing a sound that thrives on intensity, distorted production, and raw emotion, and his latest single “WDGAF!” brings all of those elements crashing together.

On the surface, 'WDGAF!' is pure rebellion. Its confrontational hook is meant to be shouted back, turning frustration into a release that feels equally suited to headphones and a chaotic live crowd. Dig beneath that aggression, however, and the track becomes much more personal.

Throughout the verses, Skreigh explores racing thoughts, isolation, memories of the past, and the feeling that nobody is coming to save you. The repeated “we don’t give a fuck” mentality becomes less about genuinely not caring and more like emotional armour, using anger to regain control when everything underneath feels much harder to confront.

That contrast fits naturally into the world Skreigh has been building since launching the project in 2021. Previous releases, including 'WARRIOR', 'BURN AWAY', 'CRITICAL DAMAGE' and 'NOISE' featuring SXNOROUS have helped introduce his genre-blurring approach, while live performances and releases through platforms such as Trash Gang have continued to expand his presence.

With 'WDGAF!', Skreigh takes difficult emotions and turns them into something listeners can scream along to. It's loud, unapologetic and confrontational, but beneath the chaos is a vulnerability that gives the track its real weight.
