RayStand Explores Self-Love in New Single, ‘All What I Am’

Every artist has a "lightbulb" moment: a singular instance where the path ahead suddenly becomes clear. For RayStand, that moment arrived in 2012 amidst the neon glow and thumping bass of the Ultra Music Festival. Introduced to the scene by his friend Oswaldo Cabrera, he quickly took it to heart, watching titans like Hardwell, Afrojack, and Avicii command the stage, a fire was lit.

After a decade of honing his craft, moving from remix contests to signing his first records in 2014 and 2015, RayStand reached a turning point. He decided to stop chasing the external validation of "probation" and instead focused on his own creative truth. As he simply puts it: "Great things are coming."

His latest offering, ‘All What I Am’, is the first real fruit of this liberated mindset. It is a deeply personal release that navigates the messy intersection of romance and resilience. "It talks about love, and heartbreaking moments of it," RayStand explains. "It’s when you start meeting someone, all the things you like and describe, and then, when it takes your heart away, and you have to choose yourself over other person, because our self-love is more important."

Musically, the release is a fascinating study in duality, presented in two distinct versions. Interestingly, the track began its life on an acoustic guitar. The challenge for RayStand was simple but ambitious: "How we put this slow song and change it into electronic music for festivals?"

The result is a clever split in identity. The original version leans into polished, club-ready anthemics, providing a glossy, high-energy backdrop for his emotive vocals. It captures that "main stage" energy he first fell in love with years ago. Conversely, the acoustic version strips back the digital layers to reveal the song’s vulnerable core. Here, the electronic swells are replaced by the gentle ring of guitar strings, shifting the vibe toward a more wistful, poignant pop sound.

By giving us both versions, RayStand proves he is more than just a producer chasing a beat; he is a songwriter who understands that sometimes, the most powerful message requires two different voices.
