Vincent’s career has long crossed diverse musical boundaries. From fronting indie-pop outfit The Tiger & Me on major festival circuits to holding the Young Composer in Residence position at the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, his work thrives at the intersection of genre. Having put other ventures on hold at the start of 2024, he devoted two years to crafting a cohesive sound capable of unifying these distinct musical worlds.
The addition of recorders—an instrument Vincent played at an elite level earlier in his life—proved to be the final piece of the sonic puzzle. As Vincent notes, “The sound was complete”.
